Overview

At Hichection Perfume, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance products, our return and refund policy is carefully structured to maintain product integrity and hygiene standards.

Eligibility for Returns

We only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Item delivered is damaged or defective
  • Item delivered is incorrect (wrong product)

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Products with broken seals (not caused during delivery)
  • Change-of-mind purchases

Return Approval Process

  1. Contact us via phone or email within 48 hours
  2. Provide proof (photos/videos clearly showing the issue)
  3. Wait for confirmation before sending any item back

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Refunds

  • Once a return is approved and received, it will be inspected
  • If approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for defective or incorrect items
  • Replacement is subject to product availability
  • If unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

Shipping Costs for Returns

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect item), we cover return costs
  • If otherwise approved under special circumstances, the customer may bear return costs

Refusal of Returns

We reserve the right to reject returns that:

  • Do not meet eligibility criteria
  • Show signs of use or tampering
  • Are reported outside the stated timeframe

Limitation of Liability

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect losses or damages.
